
The Amansie West District, led by DCE Hon. Manu Morris Prince with the support of assembly members, has supported over 300 BECE graduates transitioning to SHS with educational materials including mattresses, trunks, boxes of chalk, pillows and exercise books.

Speaking during the presentation, Hon. Prince said the initiative is part of measures by his administration to produce more professionals to support the district’s development agenda and to create prominent figures who can lobby for projects.


Hon. Daniel Kwaku Mensah, popularly known as DKM,National 2nd Vice President for National Association of Local Authorities (NALAG) and Assembly Member for Mmoseaso Electoral Area, commended the DCE, saying the intervention will help connect the people to the Assembly.
He stressed the need to set aside political affiliations in local governance to ensure equitable national development.
