
The General Secretary of the Opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Justine Frimpong Kodua has urged Civil Society Organizations (CSO) the Clergy, Media and Chiefs to come out and condemned the act of the Mahama leg government over the recent attack and arrest of NPP members.
Speaking on one one interview with the media, JFK said “ if nothing is done about the recent attacks or arrests of NPP members and power changes come 2028 elections no one can blame NPP”. He said.
He stressed that, NPP will continue to put the government on his toes to do the right thing for the country and their actions are within the laws of the country.
He said the 1992 constitution article 14 and 19 makes it clear that when one offends “ you tell the person what he or she has done as the person has the right to have a lawyer of his choice.
He said this in connection with the arrest and detaining of Bono Regional Chairman Kwame Baffoe Abronye DC.
Justine Frimpong Kodua also condemned the “Rambow” style of arresting and detaining Bono Regional Chairman of NPP, Kwame Baffoe Abronye DC.
