The aspiring constituency chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Atwima Kwanwoma Constituency, Mr. Solomon Jabari and his team, in collaboration with corporate bodies, have officially launched a business initiative known as the ‘Fund Me Go’ Business Support and Empowerment Programme for party members from various branches in the constituency.

The initiative will offer flexible, low-interest loan facilities for women who want to expand their businesses, while men and the youth will also benefit from a work-and-pay package for tricycles and Aboboyaa, as well as sewing machines for tailors.

Mr. Solomon Jabari, speaking to newsmen during the launch at Twedie, said the initiative is aimed at reducing complaints from the party’s grassroots about not benefiting from the party which is in government.
He used the opportunity to appeal to fellow party leadership to put measures in place to reward grassroots members of the party whose efforts have secured power for the party.

Barikisu Musah, deputy Women’s Organizer for the party, commended Mr. Solomon Jabari for the initiative, which she believes will help motivate the party’s grassroots to continue championing the agenda of the government.
She urged beneficiaries to make good use of the opportunity to promote their businesses.

Some of the beneficiaries expressed gratitude to Mr. Solomon Jabari and expressed their readiness to make good use of the opportunity.
