
Minority Chief Whip and Hon. Member of Parliament(MP) for Nsawam-Adoagyiri Frank Annor-Dompreh has mentioned that, the government wants to divert attention from his incompetence perfomance of governance that leads to recent arrest of New Patrotic Party (NPP) sympathisers.
According to him, the numerous promises from National Democratic Congress (NDC) during 2024 elections are not being furfil “so they will arrest NPP members to create attention so that the issue on the table will not be discussed”. He said.
He said over 100 years no governnent has got the urged to cut the cocoa prices in Ghana than Mahama led government.

Annor Dompreh emphasied how farmers in maize production are complaining over their products being left to rot without buyers: “where is National buffer stock Company?” he asked.

He said recent arrest of NPP members by the government is rather gingering and helping their mobilization, structuring of their party (NPP).
He stressed that the government has failed in the fight against Galamsey, as he claimed most of Ghana’s forest reserves and water bodies are being destroyed due to Galamsey under NDC government.
