Police in Kasoa in the Central Region have arrested four workers of Dr. Amagashie Herbal Clinic for allegedly defrauding the company of GH₵5 million, equivalent to GH₵50 billion in old currency.
The Kasoa Police Command said the suspects are expected to appear before the Kasoa Circuit Court on *Friday, June 12, 2026*.

Chief Executive Officer of the herbal clinic, Apostle Dr. Samuel Amagashie, explaining details of the incident to journalists during the arrest said, the suspects have created separate patient’s record account to collect money from patients who attend the clinic for their personal use.
He said the alleged act undermines efforts by entrepreneurs to create jobs for the youth.

Dr. Amagashie used the opportunity to urge young people to stay away from fraudulent activities, adding that such conduct discourages investment and business expansion in the country.
He however encouraged his fellow Ghanaians who have capacity to create job to do so despite individuals attitude.
