Nhyiaeso NPP Chairman Aspirant Owusu Bempah Pledges Grassroots Drive for 2028 Victory

An aspiring Chairman of the New Patriotic Party in the Nhyiaeso Constituency, Mr. Kwadwo Owusu Bempah, has expressed strong confidence in the party’s ability to win the 2028 general elections, assuring 2024 NPP Presidential Candidate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia that the constituency remains firmly committed to the party’s success.

Speaking after submitting his nomination forms at the party office today to contest the Nhyiaeso chairmanship, Mr. Owusu Bempah pledged to work closely with the Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso, Hon. Dr. Stephen Amoah, popularly known as “Sticker”, to strengthen grassroots structures and mobilize support ahead of December 7, 2028.

He said Nhyiaeso has consistently been one of the NPP’s strongholds, and under his leadership, every effort would be made to not only retain the seat but also deliver an overwhelming victory.

“Nhyiaeso will remain united and focused on delivering positive results for the NPP. Teamwork, discipline, effective communication, and strong grassroots mobilization will be critical to our fortunes,” he assured Dr. Bawumia and the national leadership.

Mr. Owusu Bempah noted that even without holding a formal party position, he has supported several community projects. These include establishing a new ICT centre, providing free NHIS registrations for residents, constructing mechanized boreholes for potable water, and reshaping roads in parts of the constituency.

“I have already contributed to the development of the constituency through several projects despite not being chairman. If given the mandate to lead, I will do even more to improve the welfare of our people and help position the party for victory in 2028,” he stated.

He further called on NPP executives, polling station officers, electoral area coordinators, and party faithful nationwide to set aside differences and work in unity to return the NPP to power in 2028.
