The race for the National Youth Organizer position of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has intensified as Hon. Clement Opoku Gyamfi Esq., popularly known as Kwame Poku CID, today filed his nomination forms at the NPP National Headquarters in Accra.

Speaking to the press after filing his forms, Kwame Poku CID outlined his vision for the youth wing of the party.
According to him, he is coming with a dual strategy to win back power for the NPP.
“I am coming with the street vibes – the ‘Guto Style’ – I will move with the youth to the ghettos, to the gutos, to the streets to bring their votes for the NPP,” he stated.
“And just as you know I am a lawyer, I am also coming with the academics. So I will connect both the street and the classroom. No youth will be left out,” he added.
The former DCE for Amansie South and one-time Special Aide to Hon. Isaac Asiamah emphasized his track record as a proven leader.
“It is time for the NPP to choose someone who has done it before, rather than testing someone. I was named DCE of Amansie South at the age of 30 and I did wonders there. I have the experience, I have the energy, and I understand the youth because I am one of them,”he declared.
