Hon. Dr. Tweneboa Kodua Fokuo, Member of Parliament for Manso Nkwanta Constituency in the Ashanti Region, has called on key stakeholders to join forces to equip the younger generation with quality education to enable them to pursue careers in various professions such as engineering, medicine, nursing, banking, teaching, and the security services.

He said these professionals can contribute to the development of the Manso Nkwanta Constituency, a motivation behind his establishment of a Back-to-School project to support and encourage the youth to focus on their education.



Mr. Simon Ampomah Antwi,the District Director of Education for Amansie West, commended the MP for his intervention and called on the Ghana Education Service to recruit more teachers to the district, as it currently lacks over 300 teachers to support teaching and learning.

Nana Kwadwo Annor Mofor II, Chief of Manso Kyenkyenease, speaking on behalf of the traditional authorities, urged the students to take advantage of the opportunity given to them and stay away from drug abuse by joining bad groups.
