
The Ofankor Circuit Court in the Awutu Senya East Municipality, Central Region, presided over by Her Ladyship Nana Asantewaa Atokorah, has granted bail to two out of three suspects charged in connection with a case at Dr. Amagashie Herbal Clinic, Kasoa.
The accused persons granted bail are Agyeman Duah, a physician assistant, and Sarah Dede, a nurse, both staff of the clinic.
The court, however, issued a bench warrant for the arrest of the third accused, Enoch Sakyi, after he failed to appear in court today.
Mr Prosper Kofi Ankrah, crime investagor told the Court that, three accused persons have allegedly collected money from over 600 patients who attended the herbal clinic within the period of three months.
Counsel for the two accused persons entered a plea of not guilty on their behalf.

The court admitted each of them to bail in the sum of GH₵70,000 with one surety to be justified by landed property.
They are to reappear before the court on 13th July 2026.
