I Will Champion The Development Of Dunkwa-On-Offin” — Newly Installed Mawerehene Pledges

Speaking during his outdooring ceremony to introduce him to the people, Oheneba Yamoah expressed gratitude for the honor bestowed on him. He promised to work closely with the Traditional Council and key stakeholders to create job opportunities for the youth.

Two sub-chiefs introduced to the public during the ceremony. They are Oheneba Akwasi Yamoah, Mawerehene and Kyeame Danso. Both pledged to join forces with the Traditional Council to drive the progress of the Dunkwa Traditional Area.

Okofrobour Obeng Nuako III, Dunkwahene, urged the newly installed chiefs not to go contrary to the customs of the Dunkwa Traditional Council. He called on them to complement the efforts of the Council in bringing peace and development to the community.

The Dunkwahene also called on fellow traditional chiefs and institutional leaders to maintain cordial relationships with their subjects as a way to drive community development.
