New Edubiase: Family Of Slain Kwabena “Kodie” Brenya Demands Justice As 3 Suspects Face Court

The family of Kwabena Brenya, popularly known as _”Kodie”_, who was allegedly shot and killed at Abenkwa, a community near New Edubiase in the Ashanti Region, is demanding justice.

According to the family, they are appealing to the judiciary and all relevant authorities to ensure the case is handled fairly and that those responsible are held accountable.

The police have arrested three suspects in connection with the incident. They have been identified as William Kwame Ansah, Yaw Boye, and Kofi Ansah. The three are currently in police custody assisting with investigations.

The suspects are expected to appear before the New Edubiase District Magistrate Court on August 4 to face legal proceedings.

The family says they have confidence in the justice system but insist the case must be pursued diligently to ensure justice for the deceased.

They have also appealed to the public to remain calm and allow the law to take its course while investigations continue.
