Armed Robbers Should Begin To Pack Their Tools From The Region” – DCOP Joseph Nyaaba Warns

The Ashanti South Regional Police Commander, DCOP Joseph Nyaaba Hammond, has issued a stern warning to armed robbers operating in the region to leave or face arrest. 

DCOP Hammond gave the warning during the presentation of a 4×4 pickup vehicle donated to the command by the House of Power Ministry.

He noted that with the support of institutions, individuals, and improved logistics, the command is well positioned to maintain its high ranking in the IGP’s performance assessment and to protect lives and property.

“Armed robbers should begin to pack their tools from the region. We are not going to sleep. We are going to ensure zero crime in this region,” he stated.

The Police Commander also appealed to the public to continue supporting the police, saying “policing is a shared responsibility.”

Presenting the vehicle, Rev. Charles Nimako,Head of Pastors for House of Power Ministry,speaking on behalf of the founder and general overseer of the church,said the church donated the vehicle because security is key to national development.

The church used the opportunity to presented similar vehicle to Ashanti regional police command in Kumasi.
