Two Mortuary Guards Die Within Hours of Each Other on Duty

 

Residents of Suhum in the Eastern Region have been left in shock following the sudden deaths of two security guards assigned to a local mortuary, both occurring within hours of each other.

The first incident reportedly happened during the night shift when one of the guards collapsed while on duty.

Sources indicate he had complained of feeling unwell earlier but continued working. He was later pronounced dead after the sudden incident.

In an unsettling turn of events, a second guard who arrived to take over the morning shift also died shortly after reporting for duty.

He is said to have gone to the washroom moments after arriving, where he was later discovered unresponsive.

The unusual timing and circumstances surrounding both deaths have raised serious concerns among residents and staff, with many calling for a thorough investigation.

Police have since taken over the case, and the bodies have been deposited for autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. Authorities are urging the public to remain calm as investigations continue.
