PARLIAMENT ACKNOWLEDGES THE HIGH EXPECTATION OF THE PUBLIC OVER HUMAN SEXUAL RIGHT AND FAMILY VALUES BILL-BAGBIN

Speaker of Parliament Right, Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin has stressed that, Parliament acknowledges a section of the public and various stakeholders interest over the delayed passage of Human Sexual Rights Family Values Bill 2025.

According to him, Parliament appreciates the keen interest shown by a section of the public and stakeholders about the bill.

Speaking on the floor of Parliament during the welcome remarks Mr. Speaker for the second meeting of second session of the ninth Parliament commencement, Bagbin said , the committee working on the bill has concluded on its public hearing and stakeholders engagement.

Right Hon, Speaker urged the committee in charge of Human Sexual Right and Family Values Bill to work hard to help pass the bill on time by Parliament.
