
Okofrobour Obeng Nuako III, Dunkwahene of the Upper Denkyira East Municipality in the Central Region, has urged fellow chiefs and leaders of institutions to maintain cordial relationships with their subjects to drive community development.
Speaking during the outdooring of two sub-chiefs at the Dunkwa Palace, the traditional leader said successful leadership depends on how accessible a leader is to the people.
_“When you avail yourself to your subjects, it motivates them to rally behind your administration. That unity is what helps us achieve our targeted goals for the community or organization,”_ he stated.

Okofrobour Obeng Nuako III commended the people of Dunkwa for their cooperation with the Traditional Council, noting that the partnership is already yielding positive results for the community.

The two newly installed sub-chiefs are Oheneba Akwasi Yamoah, Mawerehene and Kyeame Danso.

In his acceptance speech, Oheneba Akwasi Yamoah expressed gratitude for the honor. He pledged to work closely with the Traditional Council and key stakeholders to create job opportunities for the youth in Dunkwa and surrounding areas.
